Bazaar for handicrafts in Nassiriya

THI-QAR / IraqiNews.com: A bazaar was set up in Thi-Qar on Tuesday to encourage and promote local handicrafts in the city, according to an assistant for the Italian cultural attaché. “The Italian cultural attaché office today finalized a bazaar in its headquarters 30 km east of al-Nassiriya comprising different traditional handicrafts and antiques in the city,” the attaché’s reconstruction boosting team director told IraqiNews.com. More than 30 exhibitors are taking part in the bazaar to showcase different tourist products and old antiques promoting the city’s heritage.
