Child killed, 2 wounded in blast near Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: A child was killed and two children others wounded in a blast from a shell in Zammar district, northwest of Mosul city, on Sunday, a police source in Ninewa said. “An 11-year-old girl was killed and two children others wounded when a shell belonging to the former Iraqi army went off on the roof of the house where the children were playing,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The owners of the house had believed that the shell was decayed,” the source added.
