Christians’ emigration from Iraq in conference in Lebanon

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: A conference will be held on Thursday afternoon in Lebanon to discuss Iraqi Christians’ emigration from their country, and it is anticipated that Iraqi and Arab figures, in addition to human rights activists, will attend the meeting. “The conference comes after an invitation addressed by the eastern churches,” a source from the Iraqi Minister of Displacement and Migration told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The mayor of Telkef suburb (Christian majority – Ninewa province) in addition to Iraqi Christian clerics and politicians will attend the conference,” the source added.
