Cornerstone to develop residence quarters laid down in Kut

WASSIT / IraqiNews.com: The cornerstone was laid down today to develop and rehabilitate a number of residence quarters in Kut at a cost of 33 billion Iraqi dinars, the media director announced here today.  Majid al-Attabi told IraqiNews.com that the projects included sewerage systems and road pavements, with different time table for implementation.  Kut, the center of Wassit province, lies 180 km south of the capital, Baghdad.
