Deterioration in services in all provinces – Mutlaq

KIRKUK / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Deputy Premier for Services Affairs Saleh al-Mutlaq described the civil services in Iraqi provinces as decreasing for a multitude of reasons. He ascribed the deterioration to culprits such as the central government, national councils, and municipal organs. Mutlaq is visiting Kirkuk with a ministerial delegation to solve its problems in order to be the key for national and social peace in the country. In a press conference, attended by IraqiNews.com, he reiterated the desire for the development of the province, as well as other provinces. The delegation is comprised of ministers of health, agriculture, environment, immigration, works and social affairs, municipalities, number of parliamentarians, and representatives of electricity, trade, finance and planning, in addition to the Cabinet.
