Discussion to rehabilitate ex-army officers into civilian life

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com:  Ninewa governor discussed with International Immigration Organization the possibility of rehabilitating ex-Iraqi army officers to join the civilian ranks of the society. Governor Atheel Nujaifi told IraqiNews.com that the meeting discussed the possibility of benefiting of their military expertise into the civilian life.
