Documentary on Iraqi culture since 2003
THI-QAR / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi filmmaker Hadi Mahoud said on Friday that he finished filming a long documentary titled “Collapse” on the Iraqi culture since 2003. “The film focuses on tough circumstances the Iraqi culture has witnessed since 2003 until now. The documentary was filmed in Europe, East Asia and in a number of Arab countries,” Mahoud told Iraqi News. “The film includes artists, Iraqi poets and exiled writers,” he said. “The 51-minute documentary includes also prominent figures who contributed in enriching the Iraqi culture, including dead people like Qassem Mohamed, Khaleel al-Refaie, Azeez Abdulsaheb and those still alive like Fouad Salem and Hussein Neaama,” he added.
