Fire in Arbil hotel, no human losses caused

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: A fire has broken out in one of the hotels in Arbil, the capital of northern Iraq’s Kurdistan Region, causing minor material damage, but no human losses, a Hotel employee said. “A fire broke out in Navashin Hotel in southern Arbil on Wednesday,” the Hotel’s administrative staff said, adding that the fire had been extinguished. No cause for the fire has yet been uncovered. The fire caused minor material losses, but caused no human casualties.   Arbil, the capital of Iraqi Kurdistan, is 350 km to the north of the Iraqi capital of Baghdad.   SKH (TP)/SR 451
