Higher education administrative reform submitted

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com:  USAID submitted to the ministry of higher education the draft project of its administrative reform with the cost of 150 million dollars, for four years time, according to a statement made by the ministry. The statement, copy received by IraqiNews.com,  that the US delegation met Higher Education Minister Ali al-Adeeb and submitted the project for the years 2011-2015. The project tackled the horizontal and vertical relations in overall governmental administrative organs and in the universities. Minister al-Adeeb expressed keenness to activate channels with international institutions to benefit from their expertise. He pointed out that new specialized universities and institutions are created to meet the need, but the expert cadres are mostly wanted to reach the desired goals. RM (TI)/SR Number of Reads:125
