WASSIT / IraqiNews.com: The heads of Wassit’s Isnad (Support) Councils on Thursday held a conference to express their support for the Iraqi government. “The conference was attended by the district’s chief, municipal council members, the chieftain of Rabia Mohammed tribes, and over 100 tribal leaders,” the head of al-Dalfiya tribes, Sheikh Jassem Mohammed al-Rahm, told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The participants reiterated their support for the Iraqi government, led by Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, and their absolute support for Iraq’s unity…,” Rahm noted.
