New bridge opened in Samawa, south Iraq

MUTHANNA / IraqiNews.com: A new bridge has been opened by Muthanna’s Governor over the Euphrates River in southern Iraq’s Samawa city at a total cost of 9.6 billion (b) dinars. Muthanna Governor, Ibrahim Salman al-Mayaly, during a speech he delivered for the occasion of the bridge’s opening, had highly assessed the implementation of the bridge and its specifications. Samawa, the center of Muthanna Province, is 280 km to the south of Baghdad.   SKH (TP)/SR 418
