New water project opened in Baghdad

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Baghdad Governorate inaugurated today the Zuhoor water project in Husainiyah area, Baghdad, with a production capacity of 800  thousand cubic meters per hour, and a cost of 5 billion Iraqi dinars (4 million dollars), according to a statement issued by the Governor’s office. The statement, as received by IraqiNews.com, said that the project will serve more than 100,000 inhabitants in the area and minimize the shortage in water supply. RM (TP)/SR 583
