Orphanage for girls in Diwaniya

DIWANIYA / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs on Sunday began construction on an orphanage for girls in Diwaniya, which is designed to accommodate 50 persons, according to a release issued by the ministry. “This orphanage will be the 20th in Iraq,” said the release that was received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “Currently, those orphanages embrace 138 orphans in Baghdad and 238 others in the provinces,” it added.
