Psychiatric clinic opened in Baghdad
BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: A psychiatric clinic was opened at a hospital in the Iraqi capital Baghdad at a cost of more than $500,000, financed by the UN, the ministry of health said on Thursday. “The general director of the Baghdad health department, Dr. Ali Bustan, on Thursday (Jan. 15) opened a psychiatric clinic at the Imam Ali hospital in Baghdad at a cost of $550,000 financed by the World Health Organization (WHO),” said a statement released by the media center of the council of ministers received by IraqiNews.com. “The two-storey facility contains modern medical equipment and 12 beds for men and women,” the statement added.
