Serbian Company Cooperates With SCIS for Electronic Government

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The State Company for Information Systems (SCIS) discussed with Serbian Vlatacom the possibilities of extending full technical programs for an electronic government, the Ministry of Industry announced today. In a statement by the Ministry, as received by IraqiNews.com, Director General Sufian al-Malah said that there will be joint cooperation between the two companies for the exchange of expertise on the technology of information services to be rendered to the citizens by the Ministry of Interior. The project will include issuing a unified identity card. The Serbian company, according to the statement, welcomed “opening new horizons of cooperation in different electronic specializations”.
