Soon: 4th conference on Iraqi women

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Ministry of State for Women’s Affairs on Tuesday said that it will hold its fourth conference on women on October 26 in the capital Baghdad. “The conference will be held at Baghdad’s al-Rasheed Hotel and will tackle the situation of women and their ambitions under the current circumstances,” according to a statement released by the Iraqi cabinet’s national center for media and received by IraqiNews.com. Post-2003 Iraqi women, female detainees and suicide bombers are some of the topics on the conference’s agenda.   SS (P) 1
