Transport Ministry approves purchase of 3 new vessels

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com:  The Iraqi Transport Ministry approved today the purchase of three new vessels within the investment allocation for this year budget, according to a ministerial statement. The statement, received by IraqiNews.com, that the State Naval Transport called for a tender to buy a several purposes three vessels. According to the statement, the company contracted, earlier, with a Chinese company to build a vessel called (Baghdad), which is in its final production stages and to be received within the coming months.
