US company to build all schools in Basra in one contract

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Basra‘s governor announced today that all schools in the province shall be built by American companies at one time. Governor Khalaf Abdul Samad told IraqiNews.com that “an agreement was reached with a specialized American company to build all schools in the province under one contract”. He added that the company will bring its machinary and plants to Basra. He pointed to the obstacle of land allocations as the main hindrance for the projects implementation in the province.
