Workshop in Arbil to change labor law

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: A four-day workshop was launched on Saturday in Arbil to discuss changes to the labor law and was attended by around 40 representatives of labor unions in Iraq. “This workshop is important and represents a step toward changing the labor law in Iraq,” Nozad Hadi, Arbil governor, said during the opening ceremony. “All of the lecturers have come from Britain and will discuss improving circumstances of working women, work guarantees, developing work environment and labor laws,” he added.
